My biggest solution as of late has been in focusing on more gratitude and appreciation for what I have in my life.  I truly believe that if you will trade your expectations for appreciations, you will see some massive benefits in all areas of your life.

It’s hard as Entrepreneurs to do this because we spend our lives working on goals and productivity.  But the paradox here is that you can certainly increase your productivity and results if and when you focus your mind on gratitude and appreciation. Â
