My biggest solution as of late (for dealing with life’s challenges) has been to focus on more gratitude and appreciation for what I have in my life. I truly believe that if you trade your expectations for appreciations, you will see some massive benefits in all areas of your life.

- sleep better after journaling gratitude
- enhanced empathy, decreased aggression
- improved self esteem
- lowers stress
- reduced hopelessness
- focus on happiness
- positive energy around others
Ways to Cultivate Appreciation
- Take 5 min each morning
- Recognize and Reward People
- Look for the Good in Situations
- Use a token or reminder
- Acknowledge your Success
- Gratitude Journal
Overall, this is a topic that can be the 1 Thing that can create change in every area of your life.
