Do you ever wonder where your thoughts come from?
Well, I think we recognize pretty quickly that our thoughts come from our past. Our experiences, results and life that we have lived continuously creates beliefs and patterns in our thoughts. That is primarily why we tend to struggle (by reliving the past or worrying about the future).
Today I want to talk about the process of manifesting your best life. I’ve learned from some great thought leaders over the years and I’ve studied ways that we can disassociate from our past to create thoughts and feelings that lead to new actions and results in our lives, and today we can tallk about that.
