Learning Will Help You Create Your Life

Quote of the Day
People with goals succeed because they know where they are going. Earl Nightingale

Do you know where you are going in life, or are you just going?

So many of us are so caught up in life, expectations, responsibilities, or even goals we “think” we want to accomplish. What is the reason you are doing what you are doing each and every day? Is there a reason and is it a good reason?

I want to talk today about Learning.

Prosperity Pillar #9
I am committed to life-long learning, and I believe this is a worthy cause in your life.

But most of you are Experts at Learning. You study and read and listen to all types of new things.

But what is the reason you are learning and how are you applying what you learn.

I wanna talk today about, not just learning, but applying…

Learning is not just studying or acquire knowledge you Don’t have Currently

Learning is as much Applying what you’ve learned as it is acquiring it….

Here is a suggestion:  I believe you MUST tie your learning to an objective in your life in order to benefit from it and maintain your motivation for learning….

KNOWLEDGE IS NOT POWER….APPLIED KNOWLEDGE IS POWER…GAINING EXPERIENCE with Learning is Key

Let me remind you….
The only way to grow and create your life is to change your Limiting Beliefs right?
The only way to do this is to start creating new experiences by operating outside your comfort zone thru:
  • applying new knowledge
  • creating new experiences
This is what helps you learn, grow and develop because you create and grow and change your beliefs through NEW EXPERIENCES

So, back to this idea of tying your learning to an objective in your life…

Start to focus your learning on areas that will help you create your best life
-your unique talent, your immediate and long term needs of your company or even your personal life and relationships

BUT don’t DABBLE…get specific with your intent and start creating results in your business, personal life and relationships….Be intentional with your learning.

Neuroplasticity says YOU CAN LEARN AND DEVELOP NEW PATTERNS…any age.
Remember that neurons that fire together, wire together

So, start to make learning a HABIT through your daily rituals.

Examples of what I do daily for learning include (and also help with motivation, inspiration, education):

  • podcasts
  • books
  • email newsletter
  • people or interviews

*I dedicate a specific amount of time to learning because I know that I can use it in my business, and it will motivate and inspire me at the same time. So, do whats best for you…learn what is best for you.

  • audio or written word
  • what personalities resonate with you most…
  • what time of day is best for you (morning or evening)
  • block out time
  • learn in areas you know you can apply asap

A great example in my life of applying learning is this Podcast. When I started the Daily Mastermind I had to learn, apply that learning, create daily rituals, content, etc. Bottom line is that applying the learning has changed my life in many ways.

Remember, learning to develop an objective in your life is better than just learning to learn.
