Learning to Eliminate Negative Thoughts

Welcome back to the Daily Mastermind…

Today I want to share with you some thoughts I had while talking with my Personal Trainer during my workout this morning.

We have a conversation about why our minds tend to lean toward negative thoughts at times and how we can eliminate this pattern.

I also take a minute and read a few pages from one of my favorite books on the topic.
