How to Adjust to the Seasons in Your Life & Business

I am excited to share with you a small excerpt from one of our Academy Group sessions.  We are talking about ways that you can Recognize and Adjust to different seasons in your Business and Your Personal Life.  I hope it brings you value and you will please share the show.  See the show notes if you want to learn more about the Academy.

Here are 2 very important things you need to REMEMBER about your Business and Life…

#1- Life and Business are like the seasons
#2- You cannot change the seasons but you can change yourself (adapt)

Most go through LIFE wishing it were different
fewer challenge, adversity, problems, etc.
“There is a time for everything, and a reason for every activity under heaven”- Excclesiastes

The KEY- recognize seasons and take appropriate action
Learn to Ride the Waves…Adjust Your Sail
Here are some thoughts on each season to be aware of…

WINTER
Learn to endure the winters of life.
Example:
Remember:  All winters end…spring will come

SPRING
Take full advantage of the opportunities that come your way.  You gotta do the work.
Opportunity will be guaranteed by not the result.
Example:
Remember:  This season can be brief and you only get a few…so don’t miss spring times in your life.

SUMMER
Nourish and protect what you have started and see it through to completion
You will be tested and you will be tempted
Example:
Remember:  all values will be attacked…tested…don’t give up.

FALL
Reap without complaint.
Whatever you life is providing is from the “work or lack” you produced.
You are going to get not what you “want” but what you “deserve”.
Example:
Remember:  You reap what you sow.

The key here is to be aware of the season but hopeful of the change in season.
What season are you in?
What actions do you need to take?
