This week I want to really focus on finding ways to change our state of being (physically, emotionally, mentally) so that we can continue to Act in Spite of our Mood.
It can be tough to stay consistent when things are out of control in our life (and the world). But, the key to living a fulfilling life is consistency. Ths can only be done when we are prepared for the times in lif when we don’t “feel like” doing what we need to do.
All of us get caught up in the moments of life. The struggle is real, but it’s not an excuse to set aside your goals, dreams and values to take a break. That’s when you need to really double down, and we are going to talk on this episode about how to do that specifically.
