Begin Each Day with Your Vision

Begin Each Day with Your Vision of the Future

Quote of the Day
Don’t wait until you’re dying to think about living

Today I’d like to start off the week with a reminder that you create your life.  One of the fundamental truths that you must learn in life is that life doesn’t happen “to you”, it happens “for you”.

In order to truly show acceptance of this truth and live your best life, you must believe that you create your life.  Even more importantly, you need to begin to take the actions necessary to create your life.

And that begins with starting each and every day off right…in a Proactive, not Reactive way.

1-You see we all live in such a fast paced world.  We live in a world that is trying to influence us rather than allow us to influence our own lives…

Social Media (social dilemma)
Technology (easier not faster)
Relationships, Business, & Finances (pressures and priorities)

2-In order to truly create your life, you must be in the drivers seat…steering your life the direction you want to go.  You can’t just sit back and watch, and you cannot just take your hands off the wheel and travel in any direction the wind is blowing.

Sail Boat analogy
-its not the direction of the wind but the set of your said that determines your direction.

3-So how do we begin to really talk charge of our life. I believe it starts with daily rituals, and your daily rituals begin with your vision each and every day.

  • Steven Covey- Begin with the End in Mind
  • Dr Joe Dispenza- Start with Your vision of the Future
            thoughts language of the mind
            feelings language of the body
*learn to overcome emotions and feelings through vision

Today, I want you to do something.  Take just a couple of minutes and find a place to start writing down your vision.  Write down the areas of your life you want to create.  Write down the details of those areas.  Write down where you see yourself in 5, 10, 20 years.  Even if you already have a good idea of your vision, I want you to write it down again.  Start filling in the gaps. Start creating a vivid, clear picture.

Then, when you wake up each morning this week, just take a few minutes and start to build that vision in your mind.  It will surprise you how much inspiration and motivation this will bring you.  Don’t start by puling out your phone.  Don’t start by getting caught up in the ideas, pressures and responsibilities of the day…there will be plenty of time for that…You can be sure of it.

Thank you for tuning into the Mastermind today, and remember

It’s Never too Late to Start Living the Life You Were Meant to Live.

So, start today to control and create the direction of your life.
