3-being on purpose

Why don’t we change when we TRY to create change?
 
FALSE Teaching- Actions and Behavior drive our results.
TRUTH Teaching- What goes in our heads drives Behavior and Actions…Results.
…not goals, motivation and resolutions!!
…deep self awareness of our thoughts is the primary driver of results.
 
Pro Tip: It is when we are INSPIRED that we Achieve Real Results.
…states of happiness, gratitude, vision, purpose, wonder and possibility.
 
Strategy: Try this week to ground yourself in the present moment.
 
Practice these:
1- Self Awareness- try to remind yourself that you are not your thoughts but you determine your thoughts. Remind yourself to be “aware” of your thoughts.
2- Self Discipline- continue to bring yourself back to the present moment with patience.
3- Being on Purpose- if you are not pursuing your purpose or something outside of yourself…find time to clarify this part of your life.
