Motivation: Once you’ve made a decision, and you’re sure you made it for the right reason, you have to motivate yourself. Perseverance requires that you re-motivate yourself. Write down goals, do daily affirmations, and do whatever else you have to do.
-
Make it a Habit: is the most powerful secret to success. Practice watching yourself make self-awareness a habit. Practice analyzing costs and benefits objectively, and practice motivating yourself. If what you are doing doesn’t work, go read up on other techniques and try something else. That’s perseverance.
