I know that we all struggle from time to time, and I always look for ways to create suggestions, ideas and thoughts that can help you to move on or eliminate those negative thought patterns.
I found a great article I’d like to share with you today (along with some of my own suggestions) for dealing with negative past experiences. I hope you will listen, learn and benefit from these ideas. We need you to be wired for greatness going into the end of the year. Â
Your Vision for 2020 will be amazing so lets make sure that any negative, self defeating thought patterns are eliminated. Or, at a minimum, we have some habits to help us deal with them.
