8 Tips to Stop Negative Thought Patterns

I know that we all struggle from time to time, and I always look for ways to create suggestions, ideas and thoughts that can help you to move on or eliminate those negative thought patterns.

I found a great article I’d like to share with you today (along with some of my own suggestions) for dealing with negative past experiences.  I hope you will listen, learn and benefit from these ideas.  We need you to be wired for greatness going into the end of the year.  

Your Vision for 2020 will be amazing so lets make sure that any negative, self defeating thought patterns are eliminated.  Or, at a minimum, we have some habits to help us deal with them.
