1- Take control of your thoughts by focusing on growth and improvement.
-have a philosophy/perspective that everything is for “YOUR BENEFIT”
2- Feed and Strengthen your mind, emotions, body, and especially your spirit every day.
-don’t kid yourself. physical and mental health will determine your success and happiness…
3- Choose your role models carefully. Live on a path that others have proven works.
-what do you want to accomplish? be honest. are you following someone that has done it? advise from who?
4- Work on your Unique Talent every day without exception and share it with other.
-what is unique ability…excellent and passionate about.
5- Focus on the most powerful emotions: Faith (Trust), Courage, Resolve, Compassion and Gratitude.
-remember that what you and I (everyone) is really seeking in life are emotions…
Use these strategies to take our Goals back on track and remember to focus on Daily Reminders and Rituals to keep yourself focused.
